Any recourse to the manufacturer is excluded. The buyer decides on his own responsibility about the realization of the lessons within his possibilities.

Even with conscientious execution, injuries to horse and man or damage to property cannot be completely excluded. The buyer declares with the purchase that he was informed about this risk and refrains from claims for compensation in case of damage.
